AMS Lower Austria

The Public Employment Service Austria (AMS) is the leading service provider for job placement in the Austrian labor market. Through various measures, such as counseling, qualification or financial support, they assist job seekers in their re-entry into working life.
To make this return as successful as possible, the service provider is increasingly relying on digital information & training material, which they make available to customers* on their platform.
For the expansion of the information material in the Lower Austrian service center, eight explanatory videos were produced in the boxquadrat film studio, which clarify the various tools of the Public Employment Service as well as the obligations of job seekers when using the services. These videos are moderated by Janine Hickl& Louis Nostitz.

To successfully serve AMS Lower Austria’s diverse audience, all eight videos were subtitled in different languages, including Hungarian, Turkish, BKS, Romanian, English, and Ukrainian: making the language barrier less of an obstacle when looking for work.
